It took some time to get here (delivered to the UK). I placed my order back in November, and it showed up yesterday, just in time before I moved to a new place. The delay was a bit longer than normal, especially with Black Friday going on. I received quick responses to all my inquiries, and they kept me in the loop every time I reached out. If you run into any issues with your order, they’re more than willing to help. The toy is simply stunning. It's quite large and of great quality. I'm really pleased with it! Thanks a bunch, folks!

I got The Grumpy Octopus as a gift and it was a hit! I placed my order in early December, but UPS misplaced it. The customer service team was super helpful and looked into the issue. Although I didn’t get Grumpy in time for Christmas, it showed up just five days later. My friend was thrilled with it. Those eyes are stunning, and it’s larger than I expected!

What a fantastic item - simply delightful. I got the octopus and the penguin for my boys. I found them to be super cute. My kids thought so too! Plus, the customer service was excellent! I had some trouble with the delivery on one of them, and not only did they keep me updated, but when it finally arrived, they also followed up with an email to make sure I was satisfied. Awesome customer service.

I got my hands on two plush grumpy Octopies, a grumpy penguin, a grumpy sloth, and a stress Octopus, and let me tell ya, the quality is fantastic! The plush toys turned out to be bigger than I thought, but they’re incredibly soft and adorable. Each one comes with its own little story tag, which adds to the humor. The company was awesome to work with, even when the sloth took a bit longer to arrive. I reached out to them, and they got back to me super fast, letting me know it would take just a tad longer, and they even sent a tracking number once it was on its way. I totally suggest picking up ANY of the grumpy crew because they’ll surely make your day brighter whenever you spot them!

What a nightmare of service. I ordered three toys, and they sent each one in a different shipment! It’s been three weeks, and I’m still waiting. One package is on its way via UPS, while another is with DHL. DHL claims they tried to deliver, but that’s just not true—we were home all day in our house, not an apartment, just one door to knock on. All the delivery folks just drop the packages at the entrance. Customer service can’t even track my orders. The third toy? It looks like it hasn’t even shipped after all this time! They say they were caught off guard by Christmas, which is a holiday that comes on the same date every year. Seriously? Total incompetence, and it’s clear none of these gifts will make it before Christmas as they promised.

Had a fantastic shopping journey, and I’d totally suggest it to anyone looking to buy. The item is actually more impressive than what you see in the photos. It's large, soft, plushy, and has a wonderfully grumpy vibe. The seller's communication and demeanor were top-notch, super helpful, and, above all, quick.

The items they offer are delightfully grumpy, and my fiancé is totally into them! I picked up the plush and the keychain, and when I mistakenly entered the wrong delivery info, the support crew was super nice and sorted it out without a hitch, just in time for when it was supposed to arrive! They even followed up with me after the stuff was set to get here, just to check if everything made it! This was an awesome shopping experience and a great buy!!!

I got the Grumpy Octopus for my little girl. It's just as cool in real life as it looks online. I'm totally planning to grab all the other Grumpy Animals for her.

If you're outside the US, the delivery might take a tad longer. But I gotta say, their customer service folks are really on top of things. They'll stay connected with you until your order shows up, as long as you reach out to them.

I gotta say, I’m really pleased with both the product and the service. The customer support team absolutely earns a 5-star rating for their excellent work. The delivery took a bit longer than expected, getting stuck at the same hub for over 15 days. If someone could check on that area, it’d be great. But overall, you all are fantastic.
